1. Service Description
Shopizayn provides its users with cloud-based multi-tenant e-commerce infrastructure, an AI-powered site builder and related tools.
Terms of Use
By using Shopizayn services you are deemed to have accepted the following terms.
2. Account & Responsibility
The user is responsible for the security of the account and all transactions performed under it. Persons under the age of 18 may not use the service.
3. Billing
Your subscription is charged monthly or yearly according to the plan you select. Taxes are not included and are added at billing.
4. Intellectual Property
The platform's software, design and trademarks belong to Shopizayn. Content uploaded by the user to their store belongs to the user; Shopizayn receives only a limited licence to provide the service.
5. Prohibited Use
Sale of illegal products, content infringing third-party intellectual property rights, distribution of malicious software and automated abuse are prohibited.
6. Termination
In case of breach of the terms, Shopizayn may suspend or terminate the account. The user may cancel the subscription at any time.
7. Governing Law
This agreement is subject to the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The Istanbul (Çağlayan) Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction over disputes.
