Distance Sales Agreement
This agreement concerns the sale of a digital service subscription pursuant to the Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.
2. Subject Matter
Provision of the subscription plan selected by the buyer electronically as a digital service, and collection of the related fee.
3. Delivery
The service is delivered electronically and instantly upon confirmation of the payment.
4. Right of Withdrawal
Due to the nature of the digital service, the consumer may not exercise the right of withdrawal once performance of the service has begun. For this reason a 14-day free trial is offered; you may end your subscription at any time after the trial.
5. Complaints & Disputes
Complaints may be submitted to the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts. The monetary thresholds set by the Ministry apply.
