Identity information (name, surname), contact information (email, phone, address), customer transaction information (orders, invoices), marketing information (preferences, cookie records), transaction security information (IP, log records), financial information (payment information — only via PCI-DSS certified providers).
Provision of the service and performance of the contract, customer relationship management, financial transactions, fulfilment of legal obligations, information and system security, and — where consent is given — marketing and communication activities.
Express provision in the law, necessity for the establishment and performance of the contract, fulfilment of legal obligations, legitimate interests, and explicit consent (in particular for marketing-related processing).
Data may be shared with payment institutions, logistics companies, marketplaces, cloud infrastructure providers, email service providers and authorised public bodies, only for the purposes set out in this notice and within the scope of articles 8 and 9 of KVKK.
Data is retained for the period prescribed by the relevant legislation or required by the purpose of processing. Once the period ends it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
Under Article 11 of KVKK you have the right to: learn whether your personal data is processed, request information if so, learn the purpose of processing, know the third parties to whom it is transferred domestically or abroad, request correction if processed incompletely or incorrectly, request deletion or destruction, object to results obtained through automated analysis, and request compensation for damage suffered.
You may submit your applications in writing to kvkk@shopizayn.com or to our company address. Applications are concluded within 30 days at the latest, in accordance with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles for Application to the Data Controller.
