Delivery and Refund Terms

Shopizayn is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform with no physical shipping. This document explains how our subscription is delivered, cancelled and refunded.

1. Nature of the Service

Shopizayn is an electronically delivered subscription SaaS platform enabling users to operate their own e-commerce sites. No physical product or shipment is involved.

2. Delivery (Activation)

Once your payment is confirmed your account and selected plan are activated **automatically and instantly**. Login details are emailed to you. No additional setup time is required.

3. Cancelling Your Subscription

You may cancel from the dashboard at any time with a single click. After cancellation you continue to access the service until the end of your current billing period; no further charges are made.

4. Refunds and Right of Withdrawal

A 14-day free trial is provided; no charge is made during the trial. Under Turkish distance-sales regulations (Art. 15), the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for digital services once performance has begun with consumer consent. Therefore you may test the service fully during the trial before confirming a paid plan. Incorrect charges, duplicate charges or technical-error claims raised in writing within 30 days at kvkk@shopizayn.com or destek@shopizayn.com are investigated and, if justified, refunded to the original card within 10 business days.

5. Physical Goods Returns

Shopizayn acts as an intermediary service provider. Returns and exchanges of physical goods sold by our users (merchants) are not Shopizayn responsibilities — consumers should contact the seller directly. Merchant return policies are stated on their own storefronts.
